  • Services: Refunds for services like coaching or consultations are subject to the terms agreed upon during the service contract.

  • Scheduled Services: To cancel a scheduled service such as a coaching session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
